UBURGER was originally conceived in 2001. The co-founders, Nick Kesaris and Spiro Kouvlis, were fed up with the lack of fresh fast food in the Boston area. They decided to do something about it and the 1st UBURGER was born. Opening it's doors in October 2006, in their flagship Kenmore Square location, UBURGER immediately became a neighborhood fixture among, student, locals and Red Sox fans.
UBURGER's slogan, "ABOVE ALL BURGERS" is not only a reflection of the taste, but also a reflection of the quality of our food. UBURGER takes great pride in using the freshest quality ingredients. Our burgers are ground fresh daily using 100% natural certified angus beef with no hormones or anti-biotics.
Our fries are hand cut, made from real Idaho potatoes and cooked in 100% vegetable oil. Our onion rings are hand sliced, hand battered and cooked to order. Our salads are made using the freshest vegetables and are prepared daily. Our signature frappes are a perfect blend of ice cream, milk and syrup blended to order.
